By Bentick Sancho, as attorney of Charles William Cleeve, Transport of lots numbers 2 (two), and 87 (eighty-seven), front portion; and west-half lot number 9 (nine) and east-half lot number 35 (thirty-five), of the back portion, or new provision lots, parts of Plantation Williamsburg, now called Golden Grove, situate on the east sea coast of the county of Demerary between plantations Haslington and Nabacles, as laid out and defined on a plan by the Sworn Land Surveyor Francis Jackson, dated January 1850 and deposited in the Registrar’s Office of Demerary and Essequebo on the twelfth January, 1854 – to and in favour of Jupiter Quashey.
