G.D.F, officers commissioned Twenty - four Junior Officers of the Guyana Defence Force, including two females, were yesterday state commissioned by Brigadier Clarence Price on behalf of the President6 of the country, Arthur Chung. At a very simple ceremony held in the Officers' Club of Camp Ayanganna, Thomas Lands. The Officers repeated the oath after the Brigadier before they were presented with a State Commissioned Certificate bearing the official seal. This is the second such ceremony, within three months.
