THE ESSEQUEBO BOATING FATALITY - LIST OF THE MISSING -
Further particulars of the boating accident in which it is feared eleven men have lost their lives in the Essequebo River have not yet come to hand, but we are indebted to Mr. J. L. Chapman, representative of the New Compromise Syndicate, for the following list of labourers who were reported missing: -
THOMAS ALEXANDER, Anna Catherina;
JAMES LEWIS, Regent Street, Georgetown.
James Wright, 161 Lamaha Street, Georgetown.
WILLIAM REDMAN, Albuoy's town, Georgetown.
JAMES SANCHO, New North Road, Georgetown.
JOSEPH BARROW, Windsor Forest;
JOSEPH (or JAMES) BRATHWAITE, D'Urban Street, Georgetown.
JAMES HARRIS, Cumings Street, Georgetown.
