Questions and Ideas

I think you ought to confer with the Younge family members, and or perhaps recruit Victor Sancho to do so, since Weygande Younge asked for and or about him- I feel they were classmates or very close during their high school days in Georgetown.
How the descendants of Walter Kendall and Alma Mason? Can you arrange contact with them?
Shine a light on Bobb, Bobb-Semple, Chisholm, Gordon, Ramsay, Sarrabo, Seymour, Stephen, Welch, White, and Wiltshire- will you?
Did anyone identify the following; D. Sancho of the Buxton-Friendship community c.1919, E. Sancho Member of Council of [Canje] Rose Hall Village District c.1919, Louisa, Charles, and K. W. Sandy of Golden Grove c.1919?

Did Alexander Sancho follow his father, Lambert Tuckness and his grand father, Bentick, in the Local Government Administration of Golden Grove and Nabaclis Village District? Did any of Lambert Tuckness Sancho's children took part in the community affairs of the village district?

Would you consider Charles Sancho a Local Preacher of the Bachelor's Adventure Seventh Days' Adventist Church? I seem to remember Uncle Charlie preaching in the church and supervising the construction and or repairs to the main thruway in Bachelor's Adventure; the Middle Walk- am I not correct?

Is Evelyn Abrams who was an Assistant Teacher at Victoria Roman Catholic School c. January, 1957; great Aunt Eileen Esme Abrams' daughter?

It seems Randolph Abrams was quite a singer in his younger days in the Buxton-Friendship community. Did he have a brother who also participated in community activities in that era?

Do consider the articles I posted - the baby steps to forming and incorporating a nonprofit organization- Lets take bold steps to accelerate this process. I believe this ought to and more so must be placed upon the table in Montreal 2005.

Above all, I will again suggest you document your story, the founding of the High school in Golden Grove, including the history of the lodge as you understand it.
I often wonder whether my efforts are in vain for Sancho and other family members do not give a response to whatever I write. I am sure they never heard of the names, and the stories of persons I encountered in those ancient newspaper articles.
Peace...

Identifying Gill Lineage - Descendants of Sancho

Soliciting Information - Gill of Guyana and Barbados.  I am really focusing on the Sancho lineage. I believe it's best to chat about the Gill people from the migration from Barbados to Demerara to the known members of Buxton and Friendship and thus to Golden Grove, Nabaclis and Haslington and their movement beyond Guyana in the twentieth century. I need to be enlightened.  I am soliciting information on the lineage of the kinship of GILL. I need to identify the Sancho ancestor of the members of the kinship of Gill, mentioned below. I am referring to Gill of Buxton-Friendship and their off springs - Arthur Gill and his descendants – of Golden Grove-Nabaclis.  The known members of this Gill kinship of Gill includes; Susan Elizabeth Gill died on Sunday, November 27, 1938.  Ms. Gill was 91 years old. Ms. Gill is the mother of Edith Gill, Irene Gill, Winnie Gill, Arthur Gill, Iris Gill, Oscar Gill, and Princess Gill. Source: The Daily Chronicle - Monday, November 27, 1939: page eight.  Art…

Sancho of Canje,Corentyne, Berbice

"Racism isn't resolved in bed no matter who's sleeping with whom" … Jan Carew
The aim is to identify the ancestry of Sancho.  Wherever Sancho is found, ascertain the relationship to Bentick Sancho, and Tuckness Sancho. It is understood;Sancho of Berbice, Sancho of Guyana, in general,  and Sancho of Suriname are descendants of Bentick Sancho, and Tuckness Sancho.
Sancho of Berbice is found in several locations including; Rose Hall Town,Port Mourant,Corriverton, and New Amsterdam. This Sancho is interested, in Sancho who are about contributing to this process. This Sancho is grateful to Sancho who consider the future generations of Sancho.  This Sancho is with future generations of Sancho will benefit from the effort you and I make today, to know ourselves.
I am interested in the story of the kinships of BENTICK, CAMPBELL, FRIDAY, KISSOON, SANCHO, SOLOMON, and YOUNG (YOUNGE) of Guyana, and the Caribbean basin and the authentic history of the working people of Golden Gr…
